Services ProvidedRJB Tutoring provides structured 1-on-1 online tutoring programs in math and reading for students in grades K–8.We do not offer pay-as-you-go tutoring.
All support is delivered through structured programs.Enrollment is subject to availability and program fit.⸻2. No Educational GuaranteesWhile many students show improvement within weeks, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, test scores, or school placement results.Results depend on multiple factors, including:• Student effort
• Attendance
• Parent involvement
• School environment
• Prior academic history⸻3. Parent ResponsibilityBy enrolling, parents/guardians agree to:• Ensure student attendance
• Provide a distraction-free environment
• Maintain communication with our team
• Support consistent participationMissed sessions without required notice may be forfeited according to your program agreement.⸻4. Payments & Refund PolicyProgram pricing and payment terms are agreed upon at enrollment.All program purchases are subject to the signed agreement provided at enrollment.Unless otherwise stated in writing:• Payments are non-refundable
• Missed sessions may not be credited
• Payment plans must be completed as agreedFailure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.⸻5. Scheduling & CancellationsSessions are scheduled in advance.If a session must be rescheduled, required notice must be given according to your enrollment agreement.Chronic cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from the program.⸻6. Code of ConductStudents and parents agree to respectful communication at all times.Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.⸻7. Intellectual PropertyAll materials, lesson plans, curriculum structures, documents, and proprietary frameworks are the property of RJB Educational Services Inc.Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.⸻8. Technology RequirementsBecause services are delivered online, families are responsible for:• Reliable internet connection
• Functioning camera and microphone
• Appropriate device accessThe Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by client technology issues.⸻9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, RJB Educational Services Inc. shall not be liable for:• Indirect or incidental damages
• Academic outcomes
• School disciplinary decisions
• Emotional or behavioral outcomesOur total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.⸻10. PrivacyYour use of this website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.⸻11.
