RJB Tutoring – Terms of ServiceEffective Date: February 24, 2026By enrolling in any RJB Tutoring program and submitting payment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.⸻1. Program StructureRJB Tutoring provides structured 1-on-1 tutoring programs in Math and Reading for K–8 students.RJB Tutoring does not offer pay-per-session tutoring or pay-as-you-go tutoring. All enrollments are for full structured programs only.Payments are not calculated on a per-session basis and are not tied to individual sessions delivered.RJB Tutoring provides services nationwide within the United States of America.⸻2. Enrollment & AgreementSubmission of payment constitutes full agreement to these Terms of Service.By completing checkout, you confirm that:
• You have read and agree to these Terms
• You understand the financial commitment
• You are the authorized cardholder
• You accept responsibility for all scheduled paymentsPayment serves as your legally binding agreement to the selected program.⸻3. Payment Plans & Financial CommitmentIf you select a payment plan (2-pay or 3-pay option):
• You are agreeing to complete all scheduled payments.
• Early withdrawal does not cancel remaining payments owed.
• Remaining installments are legally due regardless of program participation, attendance, or satisfaction.Payment plans are structured installment agreements and are not subscriptions that may be canceled at will.Failure to complete payments may result in:
• Immediate suspension of tutoring services
• Collection efforts
• Reporting of unpaid balances
• Legal action if necessary⸻4. Refund PolicyAll program sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by RJB Tutoring.RJB Tutoring does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, as student progress depends on attendance, participation, effort, and external academic factors.Refunds are not issued for:
• Missed sessions
• Late arrivals
• Scheduling conflicts
• Voluntary withdrawal
• Dissatisfaction after services have begun
• Failure to complete assigned workAny exception is granted solely at the discretion of RJB Tutoring and must be provided in writing.⸻5. Session Attendance & Late PolicyParents and students are responsible for punctual attendance.If a student arrives 15 minutes or more late to a scheduled session:
• The session will be considered forfeited.
• The session will be deducted from the remaining program sessions.
• The tutor is not obligated to extend or reschedule the session.No refunds or credits will be issued for forfeited sessions.⸻6. Missed Sessions & CancellationsSessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of RJB Tutoring.Repeated cancellations or inconsistent attendance may result in:
• Termination of services
• Forfeiture of remaining sessions
• No refund of remaining balance⸻7. Program DurationPrograms must be completed within the designated timeframe provided at enrollment.Unused sessions may expire if not completed within the program period.⸻8. Chargebacks & Payment DisputesBy enrolling, you agree to contact RJB Tutoring directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.Initiating a chargeback without first attempting direct resolution constitutes a breach of this agreement.RJB Tutoring reserves the right to submit the following as evidence in any dispute:
• Checkout confirmation
• IP address and payment records
• Session attendance logs
• Communication records
• These Terms of ServiceYou agree that filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in collection action and legal remedies.⸻9. No Guarantee of Academic ResultsRJB Tutoring provides structured academic support but does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, school placement outcomes, or academic promotions.Results vary based on:
• Student effort
• Consistency
• Parent involvement
• School curriculum
• External factors beyond RJB Tutoring’s control⸻10. Limitation of LiabilityRJB Tutoring shall not be liable for:
• School decisions
• Testing results
• Academic retention or promotion
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Technical disruptions beyond reasonable controlLiability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the program.⸻11. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.Although services are provided nationwide within the United States, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of New York.By enrolling, you consent to the jurisdiction of New York courts.⸻12. ModificationsRJB Tutoring reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.Continued participation in services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.⸻13.
